The family-friendly apartment complex has 154 suites and studios located in Kailua Kona, split between the ocean side (makai) and mountain side (mauka) of Alii Drive. There is a lobby with a safe and lift access. There is free parking, as well as Pupu Pantry deli and a grocery store on the property. Internet access is available for a fee.
Location
This complex is located on the seafront in Kailua-Kona with its pebble beach on the Big Island, Hawaii. There is a wide variety of restaurants along Alii Drive and shopping is available in the historic Kailua-Kona town centre, about 5 minutes' drive away. The Hawaii Volcano National Park lies roughly 2 hours' drive from the complex.
Rooms
The resort offers guests the choice of roomy en suite (shower/bathtub) suites with a misty mountain view, partial ocean, or oceanfront views. All accommodation features fully equipped kitchens with a fridge, cooker and microwave, ceiling fans and/or air conditioning. The décor in each room is in keeping with the style of the island, with island furnishings and private lanais. Each suite has satellite TV, a direct dial telephone, safe, iron and ironing board as well as tea and coffee making facilities.
Sport
Within the grounds is a swimming pool, hot tub, a sun terrace for relaxing and also picnic tables and a barbeque area for al fresco dining. Snorkelling, scuba diving, and other beach activities are located nearby, as well as golf and tennis (charges apply).

Notes
The condominium resort provides mid-stay housekeeping service for stays that are 7 days or longer. As a result, the property will not be offering daily maid service in lieu of this mid-stay clean. Guests who are staying less than 7 days can purchase additional housekeeping services at nominal costs. Extra towels and amenities will be provided in each unit prior to check-in. Guests can request for replenishment of the bath amenities at any time without charge. There will be a small fee for the replacement of towels/linens.
