Location
The homes are minutes from an abundant selection of restaurants and shops and conveniently located from 10 to 30 minutes' drive from Disney, Sea World and Universal attraction parks.
Rooms
The homes have all of the features listed below and have the added enhancements that vary with each home and may feature an additional living area or extra dining room, an extra TV, a VCR or stereo CD player. Each home offers a private pool with a screened-in pool deck with sun loungers and a patio table and chairs. A fully equipped kitchen with all the cutlery, plates, cups and glasses making it easy to prepair meals. Master bedrooms have a king-size or queen-size bed with an adjoining full bathroom. Additional bedrooms have either a double bed or twin beds with at least one shared full bathroom. Further amenities will include a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, a radio, a washing machine and dryer, an ironing set, air conditioning and central heating.

Check-in is from 4 pm. Check-in, registration and key collection is to be conducted from the Homes Welcome Center, located at 6365 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, Kissimmee, Florida 34747. The centre is open daily from 8 am to 12 am. After hours key collection is from the electronic lock box outside of the Welcome Center. Homes assistance is available 24 hours per day by telephoning the free telephone number: 1 800 713 8356 and selecting the urgent message option. When registering for the villa guests will be asked to supply a credit card as security for the villa. A refundable security deposit of USD 500 is required at registration for each home or apartment that has been booked. The following items can be added to the booking at a daily additional fee: pool heating, cot hire, and highchair hire. All apartments and condos are non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. Check-out is 10 am.
