The hotel is set in 66 acres of beautiful grounds, in the Hampshire countryside, 20 Km from Farnham. In the hotel grounds there is a lake, lovely woodland walks and Victorian greenhouses. The hotel is conveniently situated a short drive from the M3. The region is rich in historic buildings, garden and other attractions. These include Birdworld Park and Gardens with its fascinating collection of birds from around the world (24 Km).

Gentlemen are required to wear a jacket or tie for dinner in the Oak Room Restaurant on Friday and Saturday nights. In the hotel's elegant lounges guests can enjoy light meals, drinks and afternoon tea. Breakfast is served at the hotel from 7.00am ? 10.00am from Monday to Saturday and from 7.00am ? 10.30am on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
