Anton's Restaurant and Champagne Barn, overseen by renowned Chef Patron Anton Edelmann, offers seasonal menus with ingredients sourced from local suppliers wherever possible. The restaurant overlooks our lake and swan sanctuary and serves lunch and dinner all week through with the only exception being Saturday lunchtime. It is competitively priced and is fast gaining a reputation as the leading restaurant in the area. Booking is a must for Friday and Saturday evenings. If guests are after more intimate surroundings, they may book the Chef's Table, a private room for up to 10 guests where they can watch their meal being prepared by Anton and his brigade.

Notes
Striving to be carbon neutral as much as is possible for a unit of its size, the hotel has introduced a number of initiatives to assist with this aim.
